Polpo

Polpo is a gastro-bar inside newly renewed historic building El Parian,  originally dating back from the early twentieth century.

The food is unpretentious, featuring seasonal and everchanging small plates, with a focus on charcuterie and cheeses on bar side of the menu. On the restaurant side of the menu, the main protagonist is the robata grill, with grilled black sesame octopus, smoked picaña and seasonal tacos as recurring on the menu.

The wine list is focused on artesan wines from small producers and all wines are available by the glass.
There is also a small, season selection of coravins.

House cocktails are a must as well as classics such as the Martini and Gin Tonic, with a range of local spirits to choose from and a selection of artesan mezcals.
